Start Using Twitter via SMS and MSN today!
After a long absence and many bugs. We’ve just reworked the Twitter Bridge app that we had. Now, it’s even easier to use it because there’s NO NEED for a widgeous account.
If you want to:-
Use twitter on your Singapore mobile phone:-
1. Send “twitter register” to 92721192
2. You will receive a reply asking you for your TWITTER EMAIL
E.g. If your email is “xyz@wer.com” you just send a reply “xyz@wer.com” to 92721192
3. The system will then ask you for your TWITTER PASSWORD. Just like in step (2), reply with your twitter password.
4. Once that’s done, you can send updates by texting
“twitter update I tweeted this from my mobile!”
Use twitter on MSN
1. add the widgeous bot (w@widgeo.us) to your contact list.
2. say to the bot, “twitter register”
3. Just like in the mobile phone registration, he will ask you for your twitter email and password.
4. If all goes well, you can now send twitter updates by messaging to the bot,
“twitter update I tweeted this from MSN”
Notes
1. We store your twitter password so that you won’t have to retype your twitter keys over and over again. Don’t worry, we keep your twitter details safe.
2. If you want to associate any of your devices(phone/msn) with another twitter account, simply run the “twitter register” command again.

Hi, i had 2 accounts. Active and inactive. Active has an old email addy which i no longer use. inactive had correct email. I registered via active account but email link was inactive, my tweet was from inactive as a result. I deleted my inactive twitter account tried to resync on your platform but new registration failed.can you contact me on email to troubleshoot?

I’ve added w@widgeo.us to my contact list but it’s displayed as offline, which makes leaving messages in a window impossible. I got linked to Hotmail instead. How do I solve this? Does using a Mac hinder the process of doing so? Please advise through email. Many thanks.

Hmm..i’ve just replied to Chris via email. The bot was down but we’ve restarted it so you should be able to see it now.
And nope, right now you won’t receive updates on the phone…
Is the bot down again? I just added it and it’s offline..

Hey Ridz, I’m not sure whether this is a problem with widgeo.us, but after signing up for an account and using the twitter application, my twitter has been updated by other people, in addition to my own updates. For both cases the user signing off is Widgeous. Is this a problem with the security with the system?

To everyone else who’s been asking about receiving updates, unfortunately the system does not send out sms updates due to the high sms costs. We tried it for a while but stopped. Hopefully one day we’ll find a way to make that happen.

since july 16th i haven’t been able to update twitter via the phone app. i’ve been using it for quite a while but my tweet doesn’t seem to be sent to twitter..
ive been having problems, as few have mentioned. widgeo wld not update twitter anymore :S can anybody fix this?
